Mithieux Metal Protect obtient une subvention <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">de 800.000\u20acHT (sur un plan d\u2019investissement total de plus de 2M\u20ac) permettant d\u2019investi<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">r dans une ligne de traitement industriel de tr\u00e8s forte capacit\u00e9 d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 cette application (production : 20 tonnes\/jour).<\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium; margin: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Le d\u00e9partement R&amp;D lance d\u2019abord une ligne pilote pour \u00e9valuer la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique, les performances de soudure et de nombreuses autres propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et caract\u00e9ristiques de ces rev\u00eatements. Ce traitement anticorrosion est id\u00e9al pour les connexions \u00e9lectriques comme dans l\u2019industrie automobile, a\u00e9rospatiale et les connecteurs de l\u2019industrie militaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019aspect environnemental<\/strong>&nbsp;fait partie int\u00e9grante du projet, consid\u00e9rant une optimisation de la consommation des ressources (le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ayant un tr\u00e8s bon facteur de r\u00e9partition) et une revalorisation des d\u00e9chets d\u2019\u00e9tain par un processus d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse s\u00e9lective du bain de rin\u00e7age mort.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit par ailleurs d\u2019un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, avec un&nbsp;<strong>rendement deux fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de zinc nickel<\/strong>, et une application \u00e0 densit\u00e9 de courant inf\u00e9rieure. Les approvisionnements en \u00e9tain et en zinc sont s\u00e9curis\u00e9s, et les minerais ne proviennent pas de pays en zone de conflit (conflict minerals).<\/p>\n<p>Cette innovation de rupture permet
